About Counsellor:
An experienced and dedicated educator. Possesses a teaching experience from class 1 to Graduate level. A great wish to assist the students in getting to know their potentential, which in turn would help them to make the correct career choices. Also, to assist in deciding the destination first, and then look at the career path.
I plan to focus on the students' in building their profile while highlighting their skills. I have been developing as a career counsellor- by practising and updating myself with practical experience. I have a customised approach, as every individual is a unique personality. This is done with the help of the traits of a career counsellor which are : empathy, patience, collaboration, critical thinking, understanding the need of the students, be able to read the students, build a good rapport and sort out with communication.
