I'm the Founder of KP Study Advice, a Certified Career Analyst, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping students, parents, graduates, and working professionals make confident career decisions.

For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of working my way from entry-level roles to senior management positions across a wide range of industries, including Automotive, Information Technology (IT), Logistics, Event Management, Healthcare, and the Laundry & Dry-Cleaning industry. These experiences have given me a practical understanding of how different industries work, what employers look for, and how careers evolve in the real world.

Today, I combine that industry experience with AI-powered psychometric career assessments from Edumilestones, India's leading career guidance platform, to help individuals discover careers that truly match their strengths, interests, personality, and aspirations.

I don't believe there is one "best" career for everyone. I believe there is a best-fit career for every individual.

I've spent more than two decades working in real organisations, solving real problems, leading teams, hiring people, mentoring colleagues, and understanding what industries truly expect. That experience allows me to bridge the gap between education and employment, helping students prepare not just for exams, but for successful careers.
