Shalini is an ICF certified Life Skills and Mindset Coach and a BCPA & ACCPH-UK Certified Career Analyst, dedicated to empowering students and young professionals make confident, informed career choices aligned with their strengths, values, and real-world opportunities.
With an army upbringing, Shalini's educational journey took her across various cities in India and abroad. She completed her high school education in Tokyo, Japan, under the IB curriculum, followed by graduation from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, and postgraduation from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi. She is also proficient in Japanese.
Her cross-cultural upbringing has instilled in her qualities like resilience, adaptability, independence, curiosity, empathy and cultural sensitivity – traits that have helped her navigate life's challenges with confidence and develop a deep understanding of human nature.
Through her own journey, Shalini realized that career choices are often influenced by multiple external factors and may not always align with one's true strengths. Wrong career choices often lead to frustration, burnout and loss of precious time directly affecting an individual's overall life satisfaction, emotional well-being, and sustained happiness. This insight led her to develop a passion for guidance and counselling, and she has continuously upskilled herself to deliver cutting-edge results as a counsellor.
